Liverpool v Man City Preview (10/11/2019)

11/8/2019

Undoubtedly the game of the weekend this weekend is Liverpool versus Manchester City as the Premier League’s two front-runners go head-to-head in what promises to be a mouthwatering affair.
The Citizens are winless at Anfield in the Premier League since 2003 (P17 D6 L11) when Nicolas Anelka scored a brace in a 2-1 win.

Jurgen Klopp’s Reds came from behind in dramatic fashion against Aston Villa last weekend to make it 43 games without defeat in the Premier League.

The bookmakers have the home side as marginal favourites at 6/4 while Man City are a fraction bigger at 13/8 and the draw is 13/5.
Sadio Mane has been integral to Liverpool this season (6 goals & 4 assists) and the Senegalese winger is 11/2 to open the scoring on Sunday afternoon.
Liverpool have scored and conceded in all 5 of Liverpool’s home games this season and with Guardiola expected to be without first-choice goalkeeper Ederson the safe bet looks to be in the goals markets.

Over 2.5 goals & both teams to score is 5/6 with bet365.
