The final Premier League fixtures of 2025 & the first of 2026 take place this week..
Tuesday night sees Chelsea welcome Bournemouth to Stamford Bridge just 24-days after Maresca’s men visited the Vitality.

It ended goal-less on that occasion but Antoine Semenyo did have the ball in the net before VAR intervened & the Ghanian netted his 9th of the season against Brentford at the weekend.

ANTOINE SEMENYO to SCORE @ 11/5

Later on Tuesday night, league leaders Arsenal take on the pursuing Aston Villa.

Unai Emery’s side made it 8 Premier League wins in a row at the weekend, a run which includes a last gasp victory over the Gunners.

Arsenal remain unbeaten at the Emirates this season (P9 W8 D1).

DRAW @ 10/3

On to New Years’ Day, Liverpool & Leeds lock horns at Anfield.

The Reds have turned a corner of late, winning 3 & drawing 2 of their last 5 in the Premier League while Leeds are similarly unbeaten in the same period (W2 D3).

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE @ 3/4

Finally, at 8pm Sunderland put their unbeaten home record on the line against Manchester City.

The Black Cats have made the Stadium of Light a fortress since returning to the top flight with 5 wins & 4 draws from their 9 matches on home territory. A visit from Pep Guardiola’s side will be their biggest test to date, however.

The Cityzens have won their last 6 outings in the Premier League, scoring 19 times in the process.

Premier League Gameweek 18 Preview

The festive footballing action continues this week with an exciting collection of fixtures from the Premier League..
Strangely, there’s just a solitary fixture on Boxing Day with Manchester United welcoming Newcastle United to Old Trafford.

Eddie Howe’s side have won 5 of their last 6 meetings with the Red Devils & Ruben Amorim’s injury-stricken side look worth opposing once again.

NEWCASTLE @ 13/8
The lunchtime kick-off on Saturday sees Nottingham Forest take on an in-form Manchester City.

The Cityzens have won their last 7 games in all competitions, scoring 21 times in the process.

MAN CITY & OVER 2.5 GOALS @ 13/10
Picture
At 3 o’clock, Liverpool welcome Wolves to Anfield.

Rob Edwards’ record as Wolves boss moved to 0 wins & 6 defeats last weekend & The Premier League’s whipping boys look easy pickings for Arne Slot’s men.

With Alexander Isak set for a period on the sidelines, Hugo Ekitike is expected to lead the line for the Reds.

HUGO EKITIKE to SCORE 2+ GOALS @ 7/2

The stand-out tie comes at 5:30PM as Chelsea & Aston Villa go head-to-head.

A run of 9 successive wins in the Premier League has seen Umai Emery’s men move 7-points clear of 4th placed Chelsea.

3 draws in their last 5 has seen the Blues’ season somewhat stall & a tight affair looks likely at the Bridge on Saturday evening.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE @ 4/6
Onto Sunday, newly promoted pair Sunderland & Leeds are enjoying differing fortunes amongst England’s elite.

The Black Cats sit in 6th as we approach the half-way mark of the season while a run of 4 games without defeat has seen Leeds lifted up to 16th.

It ended 2-apiece when the sides met here in the Championship last October & a similarly enjoyable contest should be on the cards.

OVER 2.5 GOALS & BTTS - YES @ 6/4
Picture
The action concludes with Crystal Palace versus Spurs.

A lack of discipline cost Tottenham at the weekend as Xavi Simons & Cristian Romero both saw red against Liverpool.

No side has collected more cautions (44) than Thomas Frank’s side this season.

OVER 4.5 CARDS @ 6/5

It’s the final round of Premier League fixtures before Christmas with permutations aplenty at both the top & the bottom..
Saturday lunchtime sees Carabao Cup semi-final pair Newcastle & Chelsea go head-to-head at St James’ Park.

The Magpies overcame Fulham on Wednesday night to book their spot in the League Cup final-4 while the Blues were 3-1 winners over Cardiff on Tuesday.

8 of Newcastle’s last 9 games saw both teams find the back of the net & that trend looks set to continue here.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE @ 4/7
Picture
At 5:30 on Saturday, Tottenham welcome Liverpool to North London.

Thomas Frank’s side were thumped 3-0 by Nottingham Forest last weekend & the pressure is beginning to mount on the Danish head coach.

Recent meetings between the sides have been goal-laden & 8 of Spurs’ last 9 competitive games saw 3 or more goals so backing another high-scoring affair is probably the sensible play..

OVER 2.5 GOALS @ 4/6

Finally at 8pm on Saturday night, Everton face Arsenal at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Injuries plus players heading away for AFCON continuing to limit David Moyes’ squad selection.

The Tofees were uninspiring in their 2-0 defeat to Chelsea last week while Arsenal were made to work against basement-boys Wolves.

Both matches between these sides ended in a draw last year & that could be the case once again.

DRAW @ 31/10

Sunday’s sole offering sees the red hot Aston Villa host the porous Manchester United.

Unai Emery’s side extended their winning sequence to 9 with victory over West Ham last weekend & the Red Devils’ frailties were on display for all to see in their 4-4 with Bournemouth on Monday night.

Only Man City (46pts) have earned more Premier League points at home in the calendar year than Aston Villa (40pts).

ASTON VILLA @ 23/20
Picture
On Monday evening, Fulham take on Nottingham Forest at Craven Cottage.

Welsh winger Harry Wilson has 3 goals & 4 assists in his last 4 Premier League appearances and looks good value for another goal involvement.

HARRY WILSON to SCORE or ASSIST @ 8/5

The Premier League title race took a turn last week with Arsenal seeing their lead at the top reduced and the fixtures continue to come thick & fast…

We start at the Bridge when an out-of-sorts Chelsea take on Everton.

The Blues are winless in 4 following a disappointing defeat to Atalanta in the Champions League in midweek & Enzo Maresca will no doubt be looking for a response from his side on Saturday.

The Toffees, on the other hand, recorded back-to-back successes when outclassing Nottingham Forest last weekend. Thierno Barry was on target that day & will be looking to add to his tally today.

THIERNO BARRY (Anytime Goalscorer) @ 10/3

Also kicking off at 3 o’clock on Saturday is Liverpool versus Brighton.

Arne Slot’s side recorded a welcome win away to Inter Milan in the Champions League during the week & the Reds have lost just one of the last 11 meetings with the Seagulls at Anfield (W7, D3, L1).

7 of Brighton’s last 11 games saw both teams find the back of the net.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE @ 8/15

Saturday evening’s entertainment comes from the Emirates where Arteta’s Arsenal take on woeful Wolves.

Monday night’s defeat to Manchester Utd was Rob Edwards’ 4th loss from his first 4 games in charge of the Midlands club & the outlook is certainly bleak to say the least.

 ARSENAL (HT-FT) @ 1/2
Undoubtedly the pick of the action on Sunday afternoon is the Tyne-Wear derby as Sunderland welcome neighbours Newcastle to the Stadium of Light.

Eddie Howe’s side triumphed 3-0 over their North-East rivals in the FA Cup earlier this year & the Magpies extended their recent run of good form to 4 games without defeat with leaving Leverkusen with a point in the Champions League.

NEWCASTLE @ 13/10
Picture
Finally, on Monday night Manchester United take on a struggling Bournemouth.

The Cherries are winless in 6 (D2 L4) & Iraola looks set to be without star defender Marco Senesi who was forced off through injury against Chelsea last week.

The Red Devils put 4 beyond Wolves last Monday night & Ruben Amorim’s side seem to be find their attacking edge of late with 10 of their 15 Premier League outings featuring O2.5 goals..

OVER 2.5 GOALS @ 8/13

Premier League Gameweek 15 Preview

12/5/2025

Following an exhilarating midweek round of action which saw no less than 33 goals scored, the Premier League gallops on this weekend..
Kicking things off at 12.30 on Saturday is Aston Villa v Arsenal with Unai Emery set to take on his former employers.

The Villains extended their winning sequence to 6 when edging out Brighton in a 4-3 thriller on Wednesday but a lower scoring fixture looks likely here.

9 of the Gunners’ 14 Premier League fixtures this season have featured less than 3-goals.

UNDER 2.5 GOALS @ 8/11
Picture
At 3 o’clock on Saturday, Man City entertain Sunderland at the Etihad.

Pep Guardiola’s side looked imperious for the most part before surviving a late scare against Fulham during the week.

Phil Foden was on target twice on Tuesday with the 25-year old England international notching 4 goals in his last 2 appearances.

PHIL FODEN (Anytime Goalscorer) @ 13/8

The Saturday evening slot sees Leeds United host Liverpool.

Daniel Farke’s side turned the formbook on its head when overcoming Chelsea in midweek and the Whites will need to be somewhere near their best again.

Arne Slot’s side were lethargic in their 1-1 draw with Sunderland but the Reds haven’t lost at Elland Road since November 2000.

LIVERPOOL @ 5/6
The pick of Sunday sees Brighton welcome West Ham to the South-Coast.

The Hammers remain engulfed in the dreaded relegation zone despite rescuing a point at Old Trafford on Thursday & are unlikely to trouble their hosts who have a decent home record this season (P7 W4 D2 L1).

BRIGHTON @ 11/20
Picture
Finally, on Monday woeful Wolves take on Manchester United as they attempt to add to their 2-point tally.

Defeat to Forest last Wednesday was Rob Edwards’ side's 7th defeat in succession.

The Red Devils have failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their last 12 away league games, conceding 24 goals in that time.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE & OVER 2.5 GOALS @ 1/1
